How we price
Every clearance and removal job is different — the fair way to price is on the call, with the actual details. The numbers below are real, typical prices we charge across Hamilton, Motherwell and Lanarkshire so you know what you’re walking into before you ring. We’re consistently 10–20% under the big national franchises (Just Clear, AnyJunk, Clear It Waste) because we don’t carry their overheads — but we’re not giving the work away either. That’s how we stay in business and turn up properly equipped.
The price we quote on the call is the price you pay. No surprise extras unless the job’s significantly different from what was described (extra rooms of stuff you forgot about, restricted access we weren’t warned about, etc.). Even then we tell you on the day before lifting starts.

Compare to a 4-yard skip in Lanarkshire (typically £200–£280 for hire alone, plus a council permit if on-street) — we’re often the cheaper, quicker option, and you skip the permit faff entirely.

What can affect the price (we’ll tell you on the call)
- Top-floor flat with no lift — extra time = a bit more money. We tell you upfront.
- Far postcodes — anything outside core Lanarkshire/Glasgow has a fuel uplift. Quoted on the call.
- Restricted access — narrow stairs, no parking near the property, etc.
- Volume bigger than described — if the job’s actually a 3-bed clearance not a 1-bed clearance, the price reflects that. Honest conversation on the day.
- Hazardous waste — paint, chemicals, asbestos suspect. We don’t take asbestos; we’ll tell you who can.
We don’t surprise you with surcharges. Whatever’s coming, you’ll know before we start lifting.
How to pay
- Cash on completion — most jobs
- Card via payment link sent to your phone
- Bank transfer — same-day payment
- Invoice (BACS / 14-day terms) — for letting agents and commercial customers with regular work
We don’t take deposits for standard jobs. For very large bespoke jobs (full HMO portfolio rollouts, large commercial clearances) we may agree a 25% deposit upfront with the rest on completion.
