Three ways to reach us

Pick whatever’s easiest for you. We answer all three.

Phone or text

Call or text [PHONE]. We answer the phone. If we miss the call (we’re often on a job), we ring back the same day. A photo or two of the job sent over WhatsApp helps us quote accurately on the spot.

Email

Drop us a line at bigsmers@hotmail.com — useful if you’ve got a longer list of items, want to attach photos, or are looking to set up a regular landlord or letting-agent arrangement.

Send a couple of photos and a postcode and we’ll quote within the hour.


What happens after you contact us

  1. You ring or message with rough details — what’s the job, where, when.
  2. We quote — usually within 5 minutes on a phone call, or within an hour if you’ve messaged us.
  3. We book the job in — same-week availability most weeks, often same-day for small uplifts.
  4. We turn up, do the work, leave the place tidy. Pay on completion.

Response times

  • Phone calls — answered live where possible, otherwise returned the same day, usually within an hour.
  • Texts and WhatsApp — replied to within 2 hours during the working day.
  • Emails — replied to within 24 hours, usually the same day.

If it’s an urgent letting-agent end-of-tenancy job, ring rather than email — phone is always quickest.


Service area

Covering Hamilton (ML3) and all of Lanarkshire — Motherwell, Wishaw, Larkhall, Blantyre, Bothwell, Uddingston, Bellshill, and the surrounding towns. We also work regularly across East Kilbride, Cambuslang, Rutherglen, and the Glasgow side (Southside, city centre) when the job suits.
