Common questions

Can you do a same-day clearance? Often, yes — depends on the day of the week and how loaded the schedule is. A morning call usually gets you sorted same-day for small jobs. Larger clearances need at least a day’s notice so we can coordinate the van capacity and disposal route.

Do you take everything? We take almost everything that fits in a van — furniture, white goods, electronics, mattresses, garden waste in bags, kitchen units, bathroom suites, you name it. The few things we won’t touch: hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, asbestos, fridges with intact gas — we can refer you to specialist disposal). Anything we can’t take, we’ll tell you upfront.

Are you insured? Yes — public liability insurance covers you for damage during the job. For commercial and HMO clearances we work through licensed-waste-carrier partners with full compliance paperwork.

How do I pay? Cash, card (Tide payment link), or bank transfer. Whichever’s easiest. You pay on completion — no upfront deposits.

Do you give written quotes for landlords/letting agents? Yes — for end-of-tenancy and HMO work we provide written quotes by email and itemised invoices for your records.
